THE STORM IN MY HEART

I hold deep inside 

Feelings and secrets untold, that I wish to hide.

I felt I could handle and tame it but in me, they grow and grow.

 My heart screams to let it go,as it wants the peace I can’t give.

Finding the right path, is harder than one thinks and trusting someone is like walking with your eyes closed.

If you hold me as I would hold you,I’ll trust you if you will trust me.

To trust you is to crush my walls and to lose you is to lose my all.

But how does one know for sure,when nothing seems pure?

Sometimes,when my mind gets lost in the storm, I keep forgetting that I am supposed to be me.

  My heart released its own way

Maybe through fear as it decided to let go of the storm within.

If that’s it,who knows? 

Most times it acts without me doing anything.

But now, I hope I can be free, not waiting for the storm but learning to dance in the rain..
