The Headboy of my set – SULE ADOGA MARTINS

 The appointment of a leader is not by Man, It’s by God. Though people manipulate result to bypass their way to success (to attain or achieve power) most of them failed to achieve this quest only because God didn’t chose them to rule. They may be granted the opportunity someday but at that particular point in time God didn’t ordained them to be the Head (leader).

I got to learn all of these: The day’ Sule Adoga Martins was assigned as The “Headboy” (Senior Prefect) Of the school Federal Government College Idoani. This was of great surprise to everyone and for me. He new all along that this would play well for Him, it was like a dream come true. When he was called to Address the students, I saw the boldness, Composure and undaunted look he was indeed ready for this day. He spoke confidently, giving us an assurance he will ensure everything works well and better for everyone – this He actually achieved and that moment alone I see he wasn’t really chosen by the staff or principal, it was God’s decision. 

Being the “Headboy” it became rare for anyone not to know him. Martin’s is known for his courageous, intelligent, neatness and social behaviour. He is one of the most intelligent student in my set. He’s name never stop coming out in the school BEST FIVE RESULTS and also in the OVERALL BEST STUDENT results from JSS 1 to SS3. He also won important competitions for the school, he was a good sprinter and great soccer dribbler, he he’s so gifted. Kudos to him for keeping hold of this excellent performance. May God continue to bless and lift him higher as he makes FGC IDOANI and His family proud, more achievements to come.

Sule Adoga Martins (now)

At exactly 11 years ago when I met this guy (Sule Adoga Martins), I used to see him to be too proud, pompous and arrogance due to his hot temper and how he react whenever he’s angry. But he was nothing like I thought, my first encounter with him prove it all, as we argued about so many things based on movies, comics and sciences topics. He was one among my first friends when I entered college, the way we communicate on the first day was one of my greatest adventure in time and I never felt I was far from home. Being with Martin was nice and lively!.

The mystery about this guy is how he can. Carry out certain things on his own and yet doesn’t feel the burden. He’s a great guy not just for me but for everyone.
