Atiku’s attorney: Adekunle, NOT Ahmed, is listed on Tinubu’s NYSC certificate that was submitted to INEC
The name on the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate that President Bola Tinubu submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has a discrepancy, according to Kalu Kalu, counsel for Atiku Abubakar.
At a press conference Abubakar addressed in Abuja on Thursday, Kalu spoke.
In contrast to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Bola Adekunle Tinubu is listed on the NYSC certificate that the president submitted to the electoral commission.
In contrast to the fact that the institution was founded in 1974, the Chicago State University admission application form claims that Bola Ahmed Tinubu attended Government College in Lagos and graduated in 1970.
When Bola Ahmed Tinubu submitted the same document to INEC, he denied having dual citizenship, proving that it did not belong to him. However, the same document indicates that its owner is a black American.
The same document that is being questioned, however, states that Bola A. Tinubu is Ahmed, but Adekunle appears on the NYSC certificate Bola Ahmed Tinubu submitted to INEC. “.
The president allegedly forged the certificates he gave to INEC, according to Kalu’s claims that findings from the court’s deposition supported by those findings. The qualifying certificate from the South-west College to Chicago State University bears a female, indicating that Bola Ahmed Tinubu does not own that document, he claimed.
Tinubu’s election as the winner on February 25 and the tribunal’s decision upholding the president’s victory on September 6 are both being challenged by Abubakar.
The PDP candidate has repeatedly claimed that Tinubu’s educational records are rife with errors and forgeries.
The Chicago State University (CSU) has since agreed to release Tinubu’s academic records after he asked the US court for the northern district of Illinois to do so.
In his supreme court case against Tinubu, Abubakar had stated that he would use the academic records made public by CSU.
