AUCHI POLYTECHNIC UPDATE: Electrical/Electronics Engineering Results to be Released on Monday, Ending Weeks of Anticipation!

There has been a delay in the release of the statements of results for the Department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering at Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi.

The statements of results for the most recent batch of students whose results were uploaded online have not been released yet.

There is an unexpected delay in the issuance of the statement of results for this batch, which normally takes no more than two weeks.

Despite the online upload on May 24th, 2024, the physical copies of the results have not been made available for collection, affecting students eligible for the NYSC batch B stream 1 mobilization.

The students are growing increasingly anxious and frustrated due to the delay. In an effort to address the issue, I have been in constant communication with the Head of Department (HOD) of Electrical Engineering to determine the cause of the delay. According to the HOD, the person responsible for printing the results is the root cause of the holdup.

As of last Monday, the person in charge of printing the results explained that his heavy workload, which includes responsibilities for multiple departments, has prevented him from completing the printing of the electrical engineering results.

After the one-week holiday, the person responsible for printing the results still did not meet the deadline, blaming a sudden power outage caused by NEPA for his inability to print the results.

Following the restoration of power, the HOD has pledged to personally intervene and ensure that the printer completes the task. We are hopeful that the results will be ready for collection by Monday.
