Auchi Polytechnic’s Slow Response to Results Issue May Cause Further Complications

Auchi Polytechnic Update

Acting on the Deputy Rector Academy’s instructions, the Head of Department of Electrical Engineering drafted a letter this morning to correct the error in the graduation date on the statement of results. He then directed his secretary to type up the document and compile a list of the affected graduates’ names for printing.

The letter was promptly sent from the office of the Head of Department of Electrical Engineering to the office of the Dean of Engineering Technology, Auchi Polytechnic, where it awaits further forwarding to the Deputy Rector’s office.

The matter is currently being handled through the official channels and procedures of the institution, which may lead to a longer processing time for the resolution of the issue.

The PC School of Evening Studies, Auchi Polytechnic, noted that… he had previously encountered a similar issue with the Academic Affairs department, which took approximately a month to resolve through formal letter writing. This experience suggests that the current situation may also face a similar delay, potentially leading to additional complications and queries in the Academic Management affairs office.
