Important Update for Newly Graduated Auchi Polytechnic Students:

Accelerate Your NYSC Mobilization Process!

  • Complete your clearance before leaving school to avoid crowd when your statement of results are released. Even if you don’t plan to join the first NYSC batch it’s important you do your clearance now.
  • Finish your JAMB Regularization process, if you haven’t already. The new deadline is end of August, so act fast!
  • Submit your indemnity form (obtained after JAMB Regularization) to the administration officers at the Back of Rector’s Block building (payment required).
  • Print and submit the following documents to your department’s open registrar and exam officer:

⁃ Original JAMB result (2 copies)
⁃ JAMB admission letter (from JAMB Matriculation list) (original and duplicate copy will be printed)
⁃ NYSC biodata documents (2 signed copies each)

  • Resubmit your biodata online to speed up the process (manual submissions take longer).

By completing these steps, you’ll be set for NYSC mobilization. Once your results are out, your name will be on both the NYSC senate list and Graduation list, marking the start of your journey.
