The closure of these facilities serves as a stern warning to those who disregard the laws and regulations that exist to preserve and protect our natural resources, while also signaling NESREA’s unwavering resolve to enforce compliance and preserve our nation’s ecological wealth.

Unveiling their findings and wielding the authority of law, NESREA has dropped the hammer of justice on 18 offenders whose facilities have been sealed in the states of Ogun and Oyo. Listed among the culprits are:
1.Poly film Packaging Ltd. along Oluyole Ibadan, Oyo State.

2. Bentos Pharmaceutical Ltd. located at Oluyole Ibadan, Oyo State.
3. Polyfilm Packaging Limited along Lagos-ibadan Express.
4. Greenpak Specialties Limited located along Lagos-ibadan Expressway, Arepo, Ogun State.
5. Jics Industries Nigeria Limited, KM 44 Lagos-ibadan Expressway, Orimeranmu Mowe, Ogun State.
6. Ruili Technology Limited , Lagos-Ibadan Express way, Ogun State.
7. Kaltani International Ventures Limited, Lagos-ibadan Expressway, Ogun State.
8. Fouani Nigeria Limited, Agbara Industrial Estate. Ogun State
