Auchi Polytechnic Update

Important Update for All HND2 Students of Auchi Polytechnic (2024/2025 session)

JAMB Regularization is a vital process that must be completed during your final year in school. Unfortunately, many students find it frustrating due to a lack of understanding and reluctance to take action. Failure to prioritize JAMB Regularization can lead to significant complications and stress. Take it seriously and stay on top of it to avoid last-minute headaches.

This article aims to guide you through the necessary steps to avoid wasting time and money. We will break down the process into simple and easy-to-follow steps, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

For students still on campus:

— Step 1: Visit Campus 1 and Locate the Administration Office

Begin by heading to the Rector’s Block in Campus One. Go to the back of the building and look for the Administration Office. Don’t hesitate to ask for directions from staff or students to ensure you find the correct building and office.

– Step 2: Check Your Name on the Admission List
This is to verify whether it was Jamb that offer you admission to the institution Auchi Polytechnic or not.

Check the List:

  • If your name is on the list, congratulations! You have been offered admission and do not need to undergo JAMB Regularization (unless you were offered a different course by JAMB, in which case you will need to complete a Change of Course procedure).
  • If your name is not on the list, you will need to proceed with JAMB Regularization.

— Step 3: Check your Matriculation list in the same office
When you request, you’ll be give the record according to your department. Check for your name carefully.

  • If your name is on the list, proceed to the JAMB office for regularization at your convenience.
  • If your name is not on the list, submit your OND matriculation number and name to the Admin officer for inclusion in the next list. (But make sure you don’t relax after something your name. Check back in two weeks)

For students who have traveled:

  2. If your name is on the list, proceed with regularization.
  3. If your name is not on the list, ask your friend to submit your details on your behalf.

Remember to take action accordingly to ensure your JAMB regularization is completed.
