NYSC Batch B Stream 2: Camp Closes Today – Relocation and PPA Guidelines
NYSC Batch B Stream 2: Camp Closing and Relocation Guidelines
Closing of Orientation Camp
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camp for Batch B Stream 2 will officially close today, Tuesday, September 17, 2024. Following the passing-out parade, all corps members and camp officials will exit the camp premises.
PPA Letters and Documentation
Corps members who did not apply for relocation or had their relocation requests denied will receive their Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) letters. These individuals are expected to report to their PPA for proper documentation either today or tomorrow. Transportation to PPA locations within the state will be provided.
Relocation Guidelines
For corps members who successfully relocated, their relocation letters will be available on their dashboard after making the required payment. It is crucial to exercise caution when accessing the relocation page, especially on mobile devices, to avoid inadvertently canceling the relocation.
Documentation Requirements for Relocated Corps Members
Those who relocated must report to their new state within two weeks, accompanied by the following documents:
- Relocation letter
- Green card
- Call-up letter
- School results (ND & HND)
- IT Letter
- Passport photograph
Upon successful documentation at the state secretariat, the corps member’s state code will be updated, and a new PPA will be assigned within a local government area in the relocated state.
Important Reminders
- Relocation is only confirmed upon receiving the relocation letter on the dashboard.
- Avoid canceling relocation on the mobile app.
- Report to the new state within two weeks.
Congratulations to Batch B Stream 2 corps members on completing the orientation phase of their NYSC service.
