Here’s a gentle reminder on what to do next:
1. Confirm the fare and schedule with your chosen transit company as soon as you receive your call-up letter.
2. Note that the orientation camp is set to start on Wednesday as originally scheduled. Registration at the camp will continue until swearing-in next week, unless there are any changes in the schedule.
Required Documents for Camp Registration
Note: All documents are mandatory, and none are optional.
1. Medical Fitness Certificate (required for all PCMs)
2. School Statement of Result/Certificate Polytechnic graduates must go along with their ND certificate.
3. PCM Green Card
4. Medical Report (required FOR in camp relocation)
5. Call-up Letter
6. Passport Photographs (4-7 copies)
7. School ID Card
8. Certificates/Licenses (original + 3 photocopies) for medical doctors, other medical graduates, and professional courses graduates
9. Addendum (to be printed from your dashboard after registration)
10. Married PCMs must go to camp with all the documents they uploaded during Online Registration.
